CURRIED SAUSAGES

I WAS curious about the photo of the meal from Fairway Rise Nursing Home (Mercury, September 30). My mother is a resident and had curried sausages a couple of nights ago. Her serve was twice as big as that pictured and there is always a mug of soup with the meal. Yes, food is warm, but I imagine that’s to avoid burns.
