Subdivision for Sorell

A NEW 65-lot subdivision has been proposed for Sorell, with the plan in the advertising period.

The proposed site is southwest of the Sorell township, adjacent to the Orielton Lagoon, from 103 and 104 Forcett St, along with 56-62 Forcett St.

It is a paddock and is clear of vegetation.

If the development application is passed by the council, development will take place in five stages, with the 65 proposed residential lots and roads to be developed in stages 2-5.
