Tigers add to their tall timber by signing Brisbane Lion Cub

FORMER Brisbane Lions Academy player Jack Tomkinson has signed a two-year deal with the Tigers, bolsering their bigman stocks for 2022.

The State League club revealed on Sunday it had secured the 200cm ruckmanforward, who was sought after by rivals when they heard he was coming home.

Born in Tasmania, Tomkinson has played most of his football in Queensland.

The Tigers coach Trent Baumeler is pleased his recruiting campaign is reaping rewards.
