SIZE DOES MATTER

AFTER receiving my new phone book yesterday, I was amazed to realise just how much it has shrunk over the years. Realising that most of us use computers or phones to find names now, I accepted that the phone book must still be helpful to the elderly and less confident in technology. On opening the book, the minuscule print would be very challenging for even the best sighted older Tasmanians. Would it cost too much to increase the font size and keep those who rely on it happy and less frustrated?
