CHRIS Needham (Letters, October 21) wrote about Telstra’s terrible service. I dumped Telstra two years ago when I found Mint Telecom, an internet service provider based in Dynnyrne, Tasmania. No robots, no queues for service, a Tasmanian answers the phone.
