I, Tim Grant, Valuer-General, acting as delegate to the Minister for Parks, the Minister for the time being administering the Land Acquisition Act 1993 (“the Act”), hereby give notice under Section 11 of the Act of the proposed acquisition of the land described in the Schedule hereto for road purposes.

I am prepared to negotiate with you for the purchase of your estate in the land and draw to your attention that if agreement for the purchase is not reached within 30 days of service of the Notice I am authorised to take the land compulsorily in which case you will be entitled to compensation in accordance with the Act.

I require from you particulars of your estate in the land to which this Notice relates and all other estates therein of which you have notice.

The Act also requires me to warn that having received this Notice you must not without my consent carry out any works on or do any other act or thing in or in relation to the subject land that will materially vary the nature or value of the land.
