A GOOD STUDY

-

Following an extensive renovation by March Studio, the Oxford Scholar Hotel has reopened to the public, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of the earliest public houses in Melbourne. The Heritage-listed venue, which dates back to 1857, now offers new bars – as well as multiple dining and event spaces and a lovely plant-filled courtyard. “Diners can expect a wide selection of both local and international-sourced craft beers, cider and wine, all paired with a menu showcasing fresh local produce through innovative and seasonally appropriate dishes”, said operations manager Jimmy Ujgunovski. theoxfordscholar.com.au
