After pushing pause on its opening last year, Grazeland has opened as Melbourne’s new permanent food precinct. It promises to reinvigora­te the city’s food scene with a wide range of cuisines and fan favourites, from 50 vendors including pizza from 48h, cannoli from Cannoleria by That’s Amore Cheese, Bengali-style curries from The Calcutta Club, freshly shucked oysters and lobster rolls from Claw & Tail, and frozen cheesecake from Stix. Located across the West Gate Bridge next door to Sciencewor­ks, Grazeland is open every weekend, throughout every season.
