Wirral to Liandudno Run
Popular annual run from Bromborough on the Wirral to LIandudno in North Wales, including a stop in Rhos-On-Sea and the spectacular climb up the Great Orme headland. Booking is essential as there’s limited space on the top of the Orme mountain above Llandudno. Go to the website to book a place and order a run plaque. January 27
Mini Fair 2019
Held again at Bingley Hall, Staffordshire County Showground Stafford, organised by the British Mini Club and celebrating the start of the Mini’s 60th year. Expect over 100 trade and autojumble stands, a Pride of Ownership display, Premier Concours finals and club stands. This is a great event to buy those parts to finish winter Mini projects! May 3-6
CMC Riviera Run 2019
Mini weekender taking place again at Pentewan Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall. Highlights include entertainment, rocker cover racing, fancy dress contest, show ‘n’ shine, traders, glow show, local crafts, kids’ entertainment, tune-up tent and scenic Mini cruises. www. May 12
British Mini Day
The British Mini Club celebrates the Mini’s 60th year at its first outdoor event of the show season, once again at Himley Hall in Staffordshire. The theme is decades of Mini ownership and will include full concours, Mini show ‘n’ shine, plus trade and jumble stands. August 2-9
Cambridge International Mini Chill 2019
Relaxed Mini-themed camping weekend, held at Marley Eternit Social Club, Meldreth, Herts. Highlights for 2019 include the usual autojumble, local live music and a Mini-themed raffle. Plus, as it’s the weekend proceeding the IMM, they will lay on free camping for anyone who wants to stay on then convoy down to Bristol on Thursday morning. Overseas visitors are welcome too! August 8-12
IMM 2019 Bristol
To mark the Mini’s 60th birthday, the International Mini Meeting is heading to the West Country. It will be held at the 100-acre Washingpool Farm site in Easter Compton, near Bristol. Further details haven’t been released yet, but it’s definitely one not to miss!
