Silvia Damiano

Silvia is a social scientist and leadership expert. She is also the founder and CEO of the About My Brain Institute, an organisation using neuroscience to develop leaders, teams and cultures. Silvia created and directed an award-winning documentary, Make Me A Leader, which explores the importance of leadership and what it takes to develop the human behind the leader.
