In­gre­di­ents: 45ml Gin 45ml Ap­ple juice 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Gin­ger beer 1 tsp of raw su­gar chopped and slices of Ap­ple *One of the favourite cock­tails from indigo bar and grill Di­rec­tions: *few pieces of chopped ap­ple *raw su­gar *mud­dle for 10 secs in a mix­ing jar Pour: 45ml Gin 45ml ap­ple juice 15ml Gin­ger beer 15ml lemon juice Shake for 15 secs Dou­ble strain and pour in a coupe Gar­nish with a few slices of Ap­ple
