The Process 153 29 has almost identical geometry to its smaller-wheeled counterpart, because Kona want the ride characteristics to be the same, regardless of wheel size. With a 510mm reach on the XL size, it’s got one of the longest front centres of any 29er on the market, while its 425mm chainstays are some of the shortest around. At present it’s only available in aluminium, but we’ve heard rumours that a carbon version should be available next year. Prices start at £3,099.
