BEN P’S ROSE GRANITE CHIEF 2 £2,872 (w/upgrades)

It’s time to give the Rose some TLC, because she’s feeling a bit tired after plenty of summer laps and minimal maintenance. First of all, I need to bleed the rear Magura MT5 brake, because the lever is pulling quite far into the bar before it bites. The next job will be a rear shock service and possibly some new seals for the Fox Float DPS, which is leaking oil and making a squelching sound. Finally, there’s a creak from the bottom bracket that I need to investigate further. It’s the first time the bike has required any work all year.
