CLUTCH MECH

A rear gear mechanism (aka derailleur) with an in-built friction damper that stops the chain whipping around, falling o and/or damaging paint on rough trails.

NARROW/WIDE

Alternating fat and thin chainring tooth profile that syncs with the wider and narrower links of a chain to help stop it bouncing o the chainring on a 1x drivetrain.
