Don’t be fooled by the incredibly skinny look of this baselayer, just buy your normal size – the merino, modal, polyester, nylon and elastane blend has a high degree of stretch that means it will fit. With a variable knit, it’s denser in some areas for extra warmth while having more open fabric in others for breathability, which aids faster cooling when riding hard. The fit is so tight it snaps right into place and doesn’t move, but is very comfortable and not at all restrictive. We’ve worn this in a wide range of temperatures and it’s kept us cool on warmer days while remaining cosy enough in colder conditions to be worn solo under a softshell or waterproof.
