SO GOOD… A screw-on valve head makes for leak-free attachment, and the integrated hose is easy to access. It’s the lightest and cheapest option on test, and its bracket is the best too, with a simple but effective rubber strap fastener that kept the pump away from our frame.
NO GOOD… It’s the least efficient here when it comes to inflating tyres, requiring at least 100 more strokes than the competition to reach riding pressures. While it does have a metal barrel, the plastic casing makes it feel less robust than others on test. www.chickencyclekit.co.uk
