Tippie and fellow Rocky Mountain FRO Riders Wade Simmons and Richie Schley kickstarted MTB freeride with their wild antics on the scree slopes of Kamloops, BC. Their dedication to sending the sketchiest of lines earned them a worldwide audience via the Kranked films. When the scene became all about monster hucks, thanks to Josh Bender’s death-defying antics, Tippie went “totally off the rails partying”. After some dark years, the ‘Director of Good Times’ cleaned up his act and now channels his boundless enthusiasm into riding and presenting.
