MANON CARPENTER

Welsh rider Manon cut her teeth in the Dragon Downhill series, run by her dad Jason, and went on to become one of the dominating forces in DH from 2012 to 2017, standing on the World Cup podium 29 times and winning both the series title and the World Champs in 2014. Since her surprise retirement in 2017 to focus on her studies, Manon hasn’t stopped riding, and is now an ambassador for Specialized and the Soil Searching trail advocacy programme, highlighting the importance of looking after the places where we love to ride.
