Sugar Mountain premieres at Mount Buller
SUGAR Mountain is a movie about a team of city folk who quest to climb and ride the mythical Sugar Mountain in Alaska.
This is a movie not just about skiing, but about real people, taking on an aspirational mission, with authenticity, and warmth.
Starring Watkin McLennan, Chris Booth, Oscar McLennan and Tim Myers.
Sugar Mountain was a part of an ‘Australian Winter Film Tour’ premiered at Mt Buller on Saturday, July 18 where Watkin and film director Richard James attended.
The film has already sold out on their North American tour.
HERE WE GO: Setting off from the top of Bourke Street a parade of almost 300 skiers made their way down the slopes including Mr Gnome who loved the lantern parade.
HAPPY RESULTS: Event organiser Kate McDougall was joined by the Mt Buller mascots, (from left) Will, Millie, Daisy, Ruby, Daisy and Jack for Light the Night at Mt Buller.
