Cel­e­brat­ing In­ter­na­tional Women’s Day

IN­TER­NA­TIONAL Women’s Day will be cel­e­brated with two func­tions in Myrtle­ford on Thurs­day week.

Firstly a break­fast event from 7am to 8.30am at Alpine Gate café will fea­ture guest speak­ers Rachael Mackay and Lisa Neville on the topic of “Let’s talk re­spect and equal­ity’.

It’s a con­ti­nen­tal break­fast for free for the first 45 to book and book­ings are es­sen­tial by phon­ing the café on (03) 5752 1375.

The se­cond event is morn­ing tea from 9.30am to 11.00 am at the Myrtle­ford Neigh­bour­hood Cen­tre tar­get­ing par­ents of pre- school or school aged chil­dren.

Ms Mackay and Ms Neville will again be the guest speak­ers dis­cussing “Lets talk re­spect, at­ti­tudes and Equal­ity re­lat­ing to chil­dren”.
