SAY CHEESE:

Myrtleford Times - - News -

This year members of the Brown family including Ceridwen and Gareth Brown (pictured) have plenty to smile about, as the founders of the Milawa Cheese Company celebrate their 30th anniversary. Ceridwen and Gareth grew up in the well-known local business established by their parents David and Anne Brown in 1988, which helped put Milawa on the map as a gourmet food destination, and Ceridwen remembers the cheese business was always the topic of the discussion around the family dinner table. From helping out after school to becoming the chief executive officer, Ceridwen shares her memories and some fascinating insight into the cheese making business in the latest edition of North East Living Magazine. It is available now from Edgars Books and News in Murphy Street and from Yarrunga News and Post in Vincent Road, along with the Wangaratta Chronicle office in Rowan Street, for $5.50.
