Numbers were up for a total yarding of 1594 mixed-quality cattle.
The yarding was dominated by young cattle with well-bred cattle in demand.
Lightweight steers sold to a top of 336c/kg. Prime cows eased 3c/kg with the top price of 224c/kg, while store cows lifted, selling to a top of 187c/kg.
Heavy yearling steers made from 278c to 286c/kg, while medium weights sold for 294c to 310c/kg and lightweights from 290c to 308c/kg.
Yearling heifers eased to 160c to 276c/kg to average 250c/kg.
Grown steers weighing 500600kg sold from 250c to 256c/kg.
Bullocks over 750kg sold from 196c to 234c/kg to average 209c/kg.
Prime heavy bulls gained 20c/ kg, selling for 180c to 210c/kg.
Medium weights made 158c to 186c/kg, depending on quality, while lightweight bulls sold to live export for 238c to 298c/kg.
