Bag of meth found
Katanning police have eased community concerns after a small clip seal bag containing methamphetamine was discovered by a parent outside Braeside Primary School last week.
Katanning police acting officer-in-charge Sen. Sgt Aaron Honey said officers were investigating the origins of the small amount of methamphetamine, describing the incident as “isolated”.
Sgt Honey said it was likely the clip seal bag had accidentally fallen out of the owner’s pockets when walking past the school.
He said police were continuing to focus on drug dealers in the region.
