Steer clear of processed food. Eat organic food whenever possible. Ensure that you stay active even when you go on holidays. Try to work out for at least an hour a day. If your schedule prevents this, make sure you do at least 15 minutes. If you have a sugar craving, try to have something sweet but healthy, such as a puree of berries and almond milk.
