Prince Harry’s $40m home

THE SMITTEN PRINCE IS HOUSEHUNTING FOR TWO

-

Here’s your sneak peek inside the $40 million luxury Sydney mansion that Prince Harry is set to call home when he arrives in Australia next month. Sources close to the lovable royal reveal his minders are in negotiations to rent a gorgeous waterfront mansion in exclusive Darling Point, while the prince, 32, is in Sydney to promote the Invictus Games. It’s believed that Harry is keen to find a private, luxurious pad for a special reason: his secret guest. ‘Harry is making arrangements for his girlfriend Meghan Markle to join him in Sydney,’ says the source. ‘She’ll fly in separately and they’re hoping to keep it very low-key.

‘Australia is one of Harry’s favourite parts of the world and he’s very keen to show Meghan Sydney in his own way. He’s looking forward to them sharing some romantic time together.’

The eight-bedroom home features an amazing pool overlooking the harbour, a library, butlers’ quarters and several private balconies. ‘Harry will likely want to keep Meghan to himself,’ says the palace source. ‘They don’t get to see each other that often, and like to just spend time together when they do. ‘Being right on the harbour and able to jump on a yacht will be perfect for them.’ Just weeks ago, it was confirmed to New Idea by Britain’s most trusted royal reporter, Phil Dampier, that Harry and Meghan, 35, would announce their engagement in August and marry at Christmas. ‘Things are about to get very hectic for Meghan and Harry, so this trip to Sydney could be their last chance to relax for a very long time,’ says the source.
