SHOCK SECRET EXPOSED!
READ THE LETTER THAT WILL CHANGE HISTORY
He’s the Queensland man who’s rocked the monarchy with his steadfast belief that he is Prince Charles and Camilla’s secret son.
Now Simon Charles Dorante-day – who claims he has evidence to back up his allegations – is preparing to take his fight for the truth to the next level, determined for the world to know about his royal parents.
In a move that’s set to become the biggest palace crisis in recent history, Simon intends to take Prince Charles and Camilla to court when they’re in Queensland next year for the Commonwealth Games.
The well-regarded, married father-of-nine and grandfatherof-three, has received legal advice from some of Australia and the UK’S top lawyers, explaining several actions he can take to compel Charles and Camilla to take DNA tests while they are in the country for official duty – tests that could finally unravel this secret that they’ve kept hidden from the world.
Simon has also written an open letter to Camilla ahead of her arrival in Australia – revealed in New Idea for the first time – in the hope his desperate fight to know the truth will resonate with the woman he believes is his mother.
And while it’s easy to dismiss Simon’s belief that Charles and Camilla are his biological parents as being all in his head, the intelligent and respected Queenslander has mountains of evidence in his favour.
‘I know that my story sounds unbelievable, but everything I say is checkable – if you don’t believe it, check it,’ he says.
‘I’m simply a man looking for my biological parents, and every road has lead me back to Camilla and Charles. I’m not in this for money or for a title – I simply want to know who my parents are.’
Simon was born on April 5, 1966, in Gosport, Portsmouth, in the UK. At the age of 18 months, he was adopted by a local couple named Karen and David Day. His adoptive grandparents, Winifred and Ernest, both worked for the Queen and Prince Philip in one of their royal households, with Ernest Bowledon receiving

an Imperial Service Award for his work for Her Majesty.
‘I was very close to my grandmother, who worked for the Queen, and she told me many times that I was Camilla and Charles’ child,’ Simon says.
‘She didn’t just hint at it, she told me outright.’
On further research, Simon discovered Charles and Camilla had become close in 1965 – and just months later, in the lead-up to when Simon was born, Camilla mysteriously disappeared for at least nine months, while Charles was sent to Australia.
Adding to the mystery, the hospital where Simon was reportedly born didn’t deliver babies at the time and the names his parents listed on his birth certificate were fictitious, made-up names.
The 51-year-old also has firm recollections of being taken to a houses around Portsmouth as a little boy, where he would spend time with the woman he believes was Camilla, while his adoptive parents waited outside.
Adds Simon’s Australian wife Elvianna: ‘We believe that Camilla fell pregnant to Charles and that Camilla, with the help of her family and the royals, kept Simon hidden in Portsmouth until he was 18 months old.
‘But they then had to find a solution, as he was getting too old to conceal. We believe the royals knew from his adoptive grandmother that her daughter couldn’t have children and had already adopted a daughter, and it was arranged that she would take Simon.’
Simon believes there have been many attempts to conceal his heritage, but is determined to have the answers come out.
After speaking to wellrespected lawyers in the UK and Australia, he has discovered key legal avenues that will help him fight for paternity tests – including taking action while Charles and Camilla are in town for the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast next April.
‘One of the lawyers I’ve spoken to has identified that there’s one particular act that I can use to do it,’ Simon reveals to New Idea. ‘That’s what I’m looking to do at this stage. They will be forced to go to court and do paternity testing, and if they don’t agree to take the test, the judge can actually rule on the evidence at hand. And I have a lot of
evidence I haven’t gone public with, that I’ve kept up my sleeve – evidence that is very compelling.’
Simon has also received advice on laws in the UK that would help his cause.
‘The Legitimacy Act in the UK, the current version, states clearly that if the child was born post 1959, and if the parents have been married since the birth, then the act of marriage legitimises me to the extent that I could be able to claim title, and also land and property,’ he says.
‘The lawyer I spoke to was rapidly urging me to pursue that angle, but as I’ve always said I just want to know the truth. I want to meet my parents and talk to my parents and siblings, that’s always been the key issue.’
If it is proven that Simon is Charles and Camilla’s son, it could have enormous ramifications for the line of succession to the throne.
