4 long crusty bread rolls 350g sliced roast pork, chopped 2 tblsps smoky bar­be­cue sauce 200g packet coleslaw 1 large red ap­ple, cored, cut into match­sticks ¹/³ cup chopped fresh pars­ley ¼ cup bot­tled coleslaw salad dress­ing

1 Place bread rolls on an oven tray. 2 Heat in a mod­er­ate oven (180C) for about 10 min­utes, or un­til warm. Re­move. Cut length­ways down the centre, about three-quar­ters of the way through the roll. 3 Mean­while, com­bine pork and sauce in a bowl. 4 Com­bine coleslaw, ap­ple, pars­ley and dress­ing in a separate bowl. 5 To serve, di­vide pork evenly among warm rolls. Top with coleslaw mix­ture.
