Guy and Jules’ body battle

THE LOVED-UP AUSSIE STARS GET CANDID ABOUT THEIR RECENT TRANSFORMATIONS

-

They’re one of Australia’s bestloved couples – and there’s no denying that X Factor judge Guy Sebastian and his wife Jules have been positively glowing with good health in recent weeks.

The pair have both undergone body transformations – teaming up with husband-and-wife training duo Chief Brabon and Em Brabon-hames in a bid to get ‘strong, fit and healthy’.

But it’s been no easy feat for the adoring pair – with Guy admitting to Men’s Health that he had been trapped in ‘an unhealthy cycle’ before making a decision to change.

‘I was drinking too much. I wasn’t eating well. And everything I thought I was doing right wasn’t working,’ the superstar singer, 36, said.

Resolving to get serious about his body battle, he teamed up with Chief and Em – and blogger wife Jules got involved in the eight-week life-altering transformation program too.

According to Chief, there’s no secret to achieving dramatic results – it’s simply down to combining ‘proven training methods with science-based nutritional programming’.

The results show that the hard work has clearly paid off for Guy and Jules, with Guy showcasing his brand new taut and toned body on the September cover of Men’s Health.

The proud dad-of-two added 8cm to his chest, shredded 7cm from his waist and slashed his body fat from 19 per cent to an amazingly low 7 per cent.

Guy’s ripped new look certainly impressed Jules, who took to Instagram to say she was ‘insanely proud’ of her ‘super hot hubby’.

‘We cannot believe how much our bodies have transformed!’ she enthused. ‘We feel so strong, fit and healthy.’

While Jules, 38, gushed about how much better she was feeling after the program, she admitted the pair’s trainers had ‘literally worked our butts off !’

Gym sessions included tough shoulders and abs sessions – and ‘booty workouts’ for Jules.

‘The body transformation has been a real lifestyle change for me and it’s been amazing,’ the proud mum to Hudson, five, and Archer, three, told Femail.

‘Changing my exercise and eating habits has made me happier, more productive, and I feel a whole lot better in my clothes.’

Jules also shared some words of advice for those wanting to achieve glowing skin like hers.

‘The beauty routine I swear by is to always wash your face before bedtime. Even after a big night, no matter how big... your face will love you for it,’ she says.

‘Apart from exercise and eating healthy, I drink plenty of water and keep a strict skincare routine.’
