FABULOUS FEATHERS

1 Cut two 3.5cm wide strips of the cardstock.

2 Lay one strip onto a flat surface. Bend two chenille sticks into ear shapes and secure them onto the cardstock with a hot glue gun.

3 Arrange feathers evenly over the cardstock and glue them in place. Glue the second strip over the top to secure the feathers in place. Clamp with pegs and leave it to cool.

4 Cut a 4cm wide strip of cardstock with pinking shears to give a decorative finish. Glue the strip on top of the other strips. Once the glue has dried, glue the ribbon across the band, leaving extra ribbon on each side to tie at the back of the head.
