However, while Brooke is clearly mature beyond her years, having tragically lost her mum and nan, Nick wonders if she is really ready to settle down.
‘He has so much respect for her and the way she lives her life, but with a seven-year age gap he really has to consider if it’s going to work long term,’ says a source.
