Creamy, Spicy Av­o­cado Dip

100g cream cheese, chopped,

at room tem­per­a­ture 2 av­o­ca­dos, chopped 1½ tblsps lime juice Tabasco sauce, to taste 1 tsp finely chopped red chilli Pick­led sliced jalapenos, to

gar­nish Chilli-flavoured potato chips,

to serve

1 Place cream cheese, av­o­ca­dos and juice in a food pro­ces­sor. Process un­til smooth. Season with Tabasco. Trans­fer to a serv­ing bowl. Stir in chilli. Re­frig­er­ate, cov­ered. 2 Gar­nish with jalapenos. Serve with potato chips.
