Creamy, Spicy Avocado Dip
Serves 6, Prep and Cook: 15 mins
100g cream cheese, chopped,
at room temperature 2 avocados, chopped 1½ tblsps lime juice Tabasco sauce, to taste 1 tsp finely chopped red chilli Pickled sliced jalapenos, to
garnish Chilli-flavoured potato chips,
1 Place cream cheese, avocados and juice in a food processor. Process until smooth. Season with Tabasco. Transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in chilli. Refrigerate, covered. 2 Garnish with jalapenos. Serve with potato chips.
