‘LET ME HELP YOU’

Nicole and Antonia, along with their families, had a fun day aboard a multimillion dollar yacht in Sydney last week. HER SISTER’S SHOCK WEIGHT LOSS HAS THE ACTRESS CONCERNED

She’s known for her yoga-honed physique and healthy living, yet recent pictures of Nicole Kidman’s younger sister Antonia show that she might have taken her strict regime a little too far.

The mother of six was spotted on the beach in a bikini looking incredibly svelte and insiders tell New Idea Nicole is worried about the 48-year-old’s extreme weight loss.

“Antonia has always been really health conscious and fit, and she’s always on her feet, being a mum of six,” a source reveals.

“But Nicole’s starting to worry that she’s taken it all too far, and that she needs to relax her health and exercise

regime a little bit and slow down,” they add.

According to the source, Nicole is very protective of her sister particularly since Antonia’s first husband Angus Hawley’s death in 2015, and also the death their father, Antony Kidman the year prior.

“Nicole knows that it’s been a rough few years for Antonia with their father passing away and of course Angus dying so suddenly. Nicole has always been there for her and is worried that all the stress and heartache – as well as her busy life – are taking their toll on Antonia.”

Nicole, who is Antonia’s rock, is keen for her younger sister to take time out and relax.

“She doesn’t want to see her lose any more weight, and really just wants her to focus on herself a little.”

Indeed, Antonia has a lot on her plate and a lot of challenges raising her large brood.

She has four children from her marriage to Angus: Lucia, 20, Hamish, 17, James, 15, and Sybella, 11.

With new husband Craig Marran, who she married in 2010, Antonia has two children – Nicholas, 8, and Alexander, 6.

Antonia and her family live in Singapore, where her husband’s business is based. She has previously admitted that she keeps herself sane by swimming as her husband is travelling a lot and she’s home alone with the children.

“When I swim, I get time to myself and so I get to think a lot,” Antonia told 9Honey.

“I like to have purpose, that’s why I do so many things. It feeds me, it feeds my sense of self.”

She also admitted she rarely has time to herself as her six kids keep her on her toes.

“Although I never have any privacy, I love the buzz at home. There’s always someone there. Although there are sometimes sibling arguments and niggles, the kids do like the energy,” she added.

Antonia also penned a piece for Kidspot on the challenges of being a mum of such a diverse tribe, only two of whom have graduated from high school.

“Thinking of it like that makes me overwhelmed by the enormity of what still lies ahead.

“From a distance, straddling a 14-year age span seems like a test of endurance. And honestly there are many times when it is. But in reality, there is little time for this kind of reflection, rather it’s a matter of getting on with it in the best way I can,” she spilled.

“On one hand, I’m still very much in the trenches dealing with back-seat battles, sibling squabbles and the constant demands of attending to a trio of little kids, while on the other, I’m trying to navigate the temperament of an adolescent boy and keep a presence in the lives of two emerging young adults,” she added.
