Soft Serve Yo­ghurt Trio

BA­NANA & HONEY 3 ba­nanas (420g), peeled ½ cup thick and creamy

honey yo­ghurt Crushed But­ter­nut Snap

Cookie, to dec­o­rate

1 Roughly chop ba­nanas. Place them in a freezer bag. Seal. Freeze for 6 hours, or un­til frozen. 2 Just be­fore serv­ing, place frozen ba­nanas and yo­ghurt in a food pro­ces­sor. Process un­til smooth. 3 Spoon into serv­ing bowls. Sprin­kle with crushed bis­cuits. STRAW­BERRY & VANILLA 250g frozen straw­ber­ries ½ cup thick and creamy

vanilla yo­ghurt Mini choco­late cream

wafers, to dec­o­rate

1 Just be­fore serv­ing, place straw­ber­ries and yo­ghurt in a food pro­ces­sor. Process un­til smooth. 2 Spoon into serv­ing bowls. 3 Serve with wafers. MANGO, CO­CONUT & PASSIONFRUIT 250g frozen mango

pieces 170g tub co­conut yo­ghurt 1 tblsp fresh passionfruit

pulp Toasted co­conut chips, to dec­o­rate

1 Just be­fore serv­ing, place mango, yo­ghurt and passionfruit in a food pro­ces­sor. Process un­til smooth. 2 Spoon into serv­ing bowls. Sprin­kle with co­conut chips.
