Soft Serve Yoghurt Trio

Makes 2 cups each, Prep: 20 mins

BANANA & HONEY 3 bananas (420g), peeled ½ cup thick and creamy

honey yoghurt Crushed Butternut Snap

Cookie, to decorate

1 Roughly chop bananas. Place them in a freezer bag. Seal. Freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen. 2 Just before serving, place frozen bananas and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth. 3 Spoon into serving bowls. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits. STRAWBERRY & VANILLA 250g frozen strawberri­es ½ cup thick and creamy

vanilla yoghurt Mini chocolate cream

wafers, to decorate

1 Just before serving, place strawberri­es and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth. 2 Spoon into serving bowls. 3 Serve with wafers. MANGO, COCONUT & PASSIONFRU­IT 250g frozen mango

pieces 170g tub coconut yoghurt 1 tblsp fresh passionfru­it

pulp Toasted coconut chips, to decorate

1 Just before serving, place mango, yoghurt and passionfru­it in a food processor. Process until smooth. 2 Spoon into serving bowls. Sprinkle with coconut chips.
