Soft Serve Yoghurt Trio
Makes 2 cups each, Prep: 20 mins
BANANA & HONEY 3 bananas (420g), peeled ½ cup thick and creamy
honey yoghurt Crushed Butternut Snap
Cookie, to decorate
1 Roughly chop bananas. Place them in a freezer bag. Seal. Freeze for 6 hours, or until frozen. 2 Just before serving, place frozen bananas and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth. 3 Spoon into serving bowls. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits. STRAWBERRY & VANILLA 250g frozen strawberries ½ cup thick and creamy

1 Just before serving, place strawberries and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth. 2 Spoon into serving bowls. 3 Serve with wafers. MANGO, COCONUT & PASSIONFRUIT 250g frozen mango
pieces 170g tub coconut yoghurt 1 tblsp fresh passionfruit
pulp Toasted coconut chips, to decorate
