Barbecued Chicken Noodle Combo

½ x 250g packet long-life

noodles 1 tblsp light soy sauce 1 tblsp barbecue sauce 2 tsps sweet chilli sauce 100g shredded roast chicken meat 125g can corn kernels, drained 1 small carrot, coarsely grated 75g green beans, thinly sliced

1 Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain well. Transfer to a medium bowl. Chop roughly with kitchen scissors. 2 Combine all sauces in a small jug. Add to noodles with chicken, corn, carrot and beans. Toss well. 3 Divide mixture between two airtight containers. Refrigerat­e.

TIP

You can also serve this dish warm. Simply place noodle mixture in a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave oven.
