Jett Kenny certainly had women across the nation swooning after his debut appearance on Dancing with the Stars.

Now, New Idea can reveal that the dance floor won’t be the last place Australia sees the model son of well-known athletes Lisa Curry and Grant Kenny – with rumours he is set to become Australia’s next star of The Bachelor.

“When Network Ten signed Jett on for Dancing, they had a hidden agenda,” dishes our insider.

“They knew he would be a hit with the ladies and, in turn, the perfect Bachelor.”

According to our source, Jett has already been in talks with Ten about taking on the role as Australia’s most eligible bachelor, however it’s taking some time to convince him.

“With his parents being so well known, Jett has tried to live a fairly low-key life and Lisa and Grant have encouraged that, too. If he were to be The Bachelor, all that would change,” our insider adds.

“After what happened to Nick [Cummins], he is worried that if he weren’t to fall in love on the show, the backlash would be brutal and ruin his reputation as an athlete, especially because he’s worked so hard on his sport.”

During an appearance on The Morning Show last year, Jett revealed he was looking for love but wasn’t having much luck.

“People think I’ve got plenty of attention so they don’t talk to me,” he said.
