THE FAMOUS FAMILY ARE SELF-ISOLATING IN BYRON BAY
Isolation life looks pretty idyllic for the Hemsworth clan! In pictures obtained exclusively by New Idea, Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky were recently spotted enjoying a family surfing adventure at a beach near their Byron Bay homestead. For now, beaches in the Byron Bay area remain open to the public – and the genetically blessed stars looked to be making the most of them for a
dose of fresh air and some outdoor exercise.
The Thor star’s signature muscles appeared to be getting a workout, with his children keeping him busy in the surf. Chris, 36, was seen repeatedly towing his kids, India Rose, 7, and 6-year-old twins, Sasha and Tristan, in and out of the waves on their surfboards.
The megastar also appeared to be taking the time to help the youngsters improve their surfing technique. The father of three looked to be instructing his offspring and even giving them a helpful push through the breakers.
Meanwhile, Elsa, 43, showed off her fit and svelte physique while walking along the shore in a one-piece black swimsuit. The actress and model watched all the action alongside the family’s goldendoodle, Sunny.
The Hemsworths have always been open exercise enthusiasts – and these new beach pictures show that the celebrity family are keeping this up while living in social isolation.
With gyms and bootcamps currently closed, Chris recently offered up free access to his fitness app Centr for six weeks.
The app, which normally costs $29.99 per month, features loads of workouts as well as health tips and recipes from some of the industry’s finest trainers. It also features meditation exercises, which the actor recommends are great for doing at home with the kids.
Although the Hollywood star doesn’t instruct any videos himself, he’s revealed that he uses the app to keep himself in good shape. Clearly, it’s working for him.
