CREATE A SLEEP ROUTINE

My No. 1 secret to feeling energetic is quality sleep! Sleep is a non-negotiable for me, so I have created a wind-down routine in the hours before bed:
• Dinner between 7-8pm with no phone or devices
• 30-minute stroll with the dog around the park with my partner to catch up on the day
• Warm shower or bath with some essential oils and Epsom salts
• Enjoy a herbal sleep tea blend
• Head to bed between 9.30-10pm and read a few pages of a book
• Pop on a guided meditation on Insight Timer to fall
asleep to.
