Unicorn Thickshake

Makes 1, Prep:10 mins

30g white chocolate, melted 1 tblsp hundreds and

thousands sprinkles

4 pink marshmallows,

halved

1 cup milk

2 scoops vanilla

ice-cream

1 tblsp malt powder

1 Spoon melted chocolate and hundreds and thousands onto separate saucers. Dip the top of a tall glass (1¾-cup) into the chocolate then the hundreds and thousands.

2 Press the cut-side of the marshmallows randomly over the inside of the glass.

3 Blend milk, ice-cream and malt in a blender until smooth. Carefully pour into the glass.

4 Sprinkle leftover hundreds and thousands over the top.
