Chocolate Hazelnut Pastries

Makes 8, Prep and Cook: 40 mins

2 sheets frozen puff pastry,

just thawed

²⁄³ cup Nutella

2 tblsps chopped skinless

hazelnuts

Icing sugar mixture and vanilla

ice-cream, to serve

1 Cut each pastry sheet into four squares.

2 Evenly spread Nutella over squares, leaving a 1cm border. Sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts.

3 Roll up each pastry square from one corner. Join and press ends together to form a crescent shape. Place on a large oven tray lined with baking paper. Spray with cooking oil.

4 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on tray for 5 minutes.

5 Dust warm pastries with sifted icing sugar. Serve with ice-cream, if desired.
