CAMILLA APPROVES OF NEW ACTRESS

While Prince Andrew is proving a struggle to cast, there has been no trouble finding the perfect person to play Camilla Parker Bowles.

British actress Olivia Williams is set to take over the role of the duchess from Emerald Fennell in both Season 5 and 6 of the hit Netflix drama.

Camilla will no doubt be thrilled with the news, having previously met the actress at the Man Booker Prize in 2017, held at London’s Guildhall. The pair appeared to get on like a house on fire as they enjoyed a brief chat together at the event.

It’s unknown if Camilla will tune in to the upcoming seasons, which will no doubt focus on more of her affair with Prince Charles. But her nephew, Ben Elliot, previously revealed to Vanity Fair that the duchess “was not looking forward to the bits to come”.
