Friends of Kate Moss are “devastated” over reports she is back to her partying ways after a wild trip to Ibiza last month and – worse – a reconnection with her baddest of bad ex-boyfriends, Johnny Depp. According to insiders, the 47-year-old supermodel, who had London buzzing last week that “Mossy is back”, is rumoured to be in contact with Johnny, 58, during the course of his UK court hearing. “This is not good news,” a concerned friend tells New Idea. “She’s done so well – she’s been sober since 2018, when a close friend died of a heart attack at age 49.
It was a real wake-up call, but since lockdown restrictions lifted, the worry is that she’s taken an inch and gone a mile,” adds the source, noting that rekindling with Johnny has not helped.
What’s more, friends say the former power couple, who dated for four years in the ’90s, are hatching plans to retell their crazy stories together in a movie about their lives. The insider says they both agree that they would prefer to be in control of what the project looks like.
