‘I’M SO MUCH HAPPIER WITH LIFE’

Lina Adams, a mum of two, tells how she felt old, tired and couldn’t remember the last time she had a “spring in her step”. After seeing that a friend of a friend had great success with The Healthy Mummy, she decided to give it a go. Lina started with walking and dance cardio, and replaced her breakfast and lunch with a Healthy Mummy smoothie and cutting out dairy. “The thing that I’ve realised that I was doing so wrong was portion control,” she says. After six months on the program, Lina started to feel herself again. “I felt my energy levels have increased and I have energy to chase my boys around,” she says. “My general wellbeing has improved and I feel much happier with life. If I was to give anyone a tip for success, it would be not to give up if you have a bad day.”
