While her nearest and dearest are set to attend the bash, her son Prince Harry and his wife Meghan have confirmed that they will not travel to the UK for the event. Sources speculate that something big has gone down to keep Harry away from honouring his mother, and it has the palace worried. “With everything that’s happened, there’s a genuine worry that Meghan and Harry will use anything and everything in future productions or tell-alls,” says the source. “Either way, if Harry has been uninvited to or made to feel unwelcome at a party honouring his own mother, he’ll be hell-bent on revenge, which will likely come in the form of his memoir.”
