Week after week, Tanya and Vito have found themselves at the forefront of The Block’s neverending drama – with ‘Hell Week’ reopening old wounds for the pair. And while the proud parents of two have weathered plenty of accusations of cheating together, New Idea is told, this week, the usually united pair are set to crack! One on-set spy reveals the once-close lovebirds from Melbourne, who have been married for 18 years, begin to clash.
“After keeping it together for most of the show, including the major cheating scandal, they just break,” reveals an insider, who adds that “they lose it at each other”.
Making matters worse for the duo, the insider says their big public spat is rumoured to take place just a day ahead of judging – adding further pressure.
It’s believed Vito becomes so fed up with the situation and the pressures of the build, he walks off the set!
“At one stage, it wasn’t clear if he was going to return,” dishes a spy, who says he flees the Bronte
Court set in anger.
