BEA SNUBS FERGIE ON BIRTHDAY

A YORK FAMILY DIVIDE COULD BE EMERGING

-

Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson was left red-faced after eldest daughter Princess Beatrice failed to show up for her recent 62nd birthday celebrations. Instead, it was only Princess Eugenie by her mum’s side as they enjoyed a dinner at London restaurant China Tang on October 14.

“There was no reason why Beatrice couldn’t be there,” a source tells New Idea.

While some pointed out that Bea did just welcome her first child, Sienna, our insider says that the princess has gone out on several occasions since giving birth.

“It seems very telling that Bea would avoid such an important occasion.”

Palace insiders suggest that behind closed doors, the three York women are struggling to see eye to eye over how to deal with the drama surrounding their dad and ex-husband, Prince Andrew.

“There have been a lot of disagreements and they’ve always patched things up, but a birthday no-show is a real shock,” says the insider.

“Beatrice and Fergie’s battle over where to draw the loyalty lines with Andrew in public has hit tipping point since he was served [with the sexual assault lawsuit]. Beatrice is very angry at her father.”
