Olivia Newton-john has landed a monster sale price after off-loading her luxury Byron Bay lifestyle retreat for an estimated $30 million. The music legend sold Gaia Retreat & Spa to investment group, Tattarang, which is owned by Aussie billionaires Andrew and Nicola Forrest.
