Turkey and Camembert Pull-apart
Serves 8, Prep and Cook 35 mins
380g 2-pack crusty baguettes
(34cm long)
125g piece camembert cheese
²⁄³ cup cranberry sauce
150g shaved turkey breast
1½ cups (200g) grated mozzarella Micro herbs, to garnish
1 Spray a 35cm round pizza tray with a perforated base with cooking oil.
2 Trim ends from baguettes. Cut into 2cm slices. Place slices, cut-side up and side-by-side, on prepared tray. Spray with cooking oil.
3 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 5 minutes, or until crisp. Remove. Stand for 5 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, cut camembert into ½cm-thick slices. Cut each slice in half crossways.
5 Spread sauce over toasted bread. Top with camembert then turkey. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
6 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden and cheese is melted.
7 Serve garnished with micro herbs.
