CAPRICORN DEC 22 – JAN 20

Don’t let delays stress you out, for in retrospect they might prove to be fated. Decisions made through January could really firm up your future, so take your time and research carefully. Meanwhile, your fun and romance quotas are on the rise, and as passions surge, sparks could fly for singles. Couples, why not revisit a favourite old haunt over the weekend?

ARIES MAR 21 – APR 20

Ease off that accelerator, Aries. If you’ve been feeling uncertain about an issue, don’t rush into decisions that you might later regret. The upcoming Mercury retrograde should reveal a few truths, so until February, listen and learn. Meanwhile, step up a fitness kick or roll out a yoga mat and find your inner Zen. Learning to relax and switch off is the key to good health.

CANCER JUN 22 – JUL 23

Sometimes it’s more productive to flow with the current, not fight against it. Discussions may be heated as various options and viewpoints are discussed, but these passionate patterns could lead to breakthroughs. On the upside, a flagging romance might be recharged, while for singles, a local event or quick getaway could prove memorable in more ways than one.

LIBRA SEP 24 – OCT 23

Say hello to more glamour! Styleobsessed Venus is pointing many Librans towards a spruce-up, not just lookswise but at home. And what great timing, for the buzz around you is growing. This week should be brimming with fun encounters, with Saturday looking just perfect for concerts and get-togethers – and what a great excuse to dress up!

AQUARIUS JAN 21 – FEB 19

If tensions have been building, Venus could force underlying issues with friends or loved ones out into the open. The emotional intensity may throw you, but look at it as a ‘relationship detox’ that should benefit everyone. Usher in change by trying something different, be it a hobby, project or exercise regimen. As they say, the family that plays together, stays together.

TAURUS APR 21 – MAY 21

Feeling overstretched? If that worklife balance is teetering, more familyfriendly arrangements could soon hit the table. Finding peace and equilibrium will be one of this year’s challenges, so why not start by turning your home into a haven. As a desire to travel intensifies, so look to foreign styles for inspiration – not only in decor, but in food, fashion and music.

LEO JUL 24 – AUG 23

If you’ve been putting off the inevitable, it’s crunch time. For some Lions, a health issue might prompt a rethink, while for others, these changeable stars could impact your work – but ultimately, you could end up in a happier place. A new club or group of people might inspire important changes through summer, so don’t be shy: start circulating.

SCORPIO OCT 24 – NOV 22

Your new get-up-and-go attitude may surprise even yourself! With Mars ramping up your enthusiasm, put some of those clever ideas into action – in many different ways, your inventive, left-field approach should give you a leading edge. And don’t forget to factor in plenty of R&R. Revisiting a place or pastime you used to love might feel surprisingly therapeutic.

PISCES FEB 20 – MAR 20

Life may feel busy, but allow plenty of time for daydreaming and pottering too. Jupiter’s transit through Pisces could deepen a desire to expand your horizons, but first, a little soulsearching may be in order – and a slower pace will allow new dreams to bubble up. If you’ve always regretted losing touch with someone, perhaps it’s time to reach out and reconnect?

GEMINI MAY 22 – JUN 21

Life looks busy this month, but with trickster Mercury turning retrograde, don’t juggle too many balls. Among all the meetings and running around, long conversations could throw your schedule. For singles, casual dates might turn into deep dives (yes, things could move fast!), while for couples, a complex decision might strengthen your sense of teamwork.

VIRGO AUG 24 – SEP 23

Your social sector is bursting at the seams, but as they say, it’s quality not quality that counts. Venus’ retrograde phase could highlight a few differences, but a friendship may have run its course. On the upside, those creative juices will be seeking an outlet, making ‘you time’ a valuable commodity. Parents, why not launch a shared project with the kids?

SAGITTARIUS NOV 23 – DEC 21

Ready to take a stroll down memory lane? As Venus and Mercury both shift into retrograde, unfinished business could resurface. For some, a long-lost dream will be resurrected, while on the social scene, people from your past could rekindle that adventurous streak. If you’re searching for stimulation, why not delve more deeply into an area that interests you?

Q

Will my son come back to me? Helen

A DEAR HELEN,

I can see what a challenging time it is for you at the moment. Your parents in spirit are very much around me while I am writing this to you.

What your parents want you to remember is that you were a very strong-willed young lady when you were younger and now your son is following in your footsteps. I can see you don’t agree with your son’s actions, however, I can also see that it is his time to spread his wings and find his own path.

Your mum is telling me to tell you that it is important to be patient and have an open heart. Aaron will come back to you in his own time. It is his time to learn his own lessons the hard way and if you try to interfere, you will only push him away.

This is a romantic time for Aaron and I feel that this issue is due to a female around your son. I can see that you are not open to this person being in your son’s life. I do see that at times she can be a bad influence on him.

Send him love and light and not anger as this is what is putting the distance between the two of you. Try to not be so judgemental about his relationships as this will only make him want to be with the young lady even more. He will sort things out in his own time.

I also see that Aaron is independent, that he works for himself or wants to have his own business. I feel you worry whether or not he will have enough dedication to keep the business moving.

I do see that Aaron is a hard worker and he has great potential – I seeing him doing very well financially.
