• Being focused on what you need can also save time and money in the supermarket.
• Buy frozen, no-added-salt or reduced-salt canned beans (such as chickpeas, lentils, black beans) and vegetables, to save time. • Canned fish in spring water or healthy oils is a quick and easy way to increase your fish intake.
