What is it about the Isowhey 8-Week Challenge that stood out to you?

I particularly like that Isowhey is Australian owned and their products have been scientifically designed to boost collagen for glowing hair, skin and nails. The fact that they are tasty and fill you up is a bonus.

What were your main reasons for joining the challenge?

I just got engaged (yay), so I have to get cracking on wedding shredding!

What is your main goal in this challenge?

I have been in lockdown for three months, so one of my goals is to get my fitness levels up. My other goal is to lose weight to go wedding dress shopping!

Which of the Isowhey products are you most excited to try?

What will your exercise routine look like over the next 8 weeks?

I aim to do HIIT (highintensity interval training) workouts in my lounge room and also go for lots of big walks.
